This comprehensive system contains the features of product catalog, procurement planning of goods and services, package development, tracking of procurement packages.

Sierra Leone Pharmaceutical Dashboard

Sierra Leone Pharmaceutical Dashboard is an enhanced information display platform optimizing the use of existing stock management, dispensing and continuous performance system. The dashboard provides access to stock status and consumption information that provides forecasting and timely procurement using national and donor resources. The system also serves as an early warning system that contributes to averting stock-outs, avoiding emergency procurements and ensuring uninterrupted supply of all key products.

The Outil de Suivi des Produits de Sante (OSPSANTE) is a web based dashboard for managing essential health commodities logistics and patient information under a single platform. The dashboard was developed utilizing USAID fund supported by SIAPS Program and implemented in Mali. The goal of the Dashboard is to capture, track, aggregate, and disseminate information about Malaria, FP, MCH, HIV & Nutrition commodities to support evidence based decision making. This helps to better plan for medicines distribution and predict stock-outs, thereby reducing wastage and ensuring the availability of essential medicines.

The National Department of Health (NDOH) in South Africa identified the need to implement a systematic method of monitoring aspects of pharmaceutical service delivery at a provincial level that support patients’ access to medicines. NDOH Pharmaceutical Service Management Dashboard is designed to display a set of norms and standards, thus providing a framework to foster transparency and accountability within pharmaceutical services at a provincial level. The dashboard was developed utilizing USAID fund supported by SIAPS South Africa.

BCCM web portal was developed under SIAPS Bangladesh project in 2015. The web site is a one stop source of activities, news, tasks, rules and regulations, documents related to country coordination mechanism. SoftWorks developed and provided hands-on training to SIAPS and BCCM staff on backend management.

Electric Power Development Co. Ltd. with Japan International Cooperation Agency (JICA) has been working consulting services to meet the objective of the proposed system is to develop the data collection mechanism for the designated energy consumers who are to be designated based on the volume of energy consumption or scale of business and facilities and to construct database of energy consumption statistics. The data collecting mechanism and the database are efficient for promoting energy efficiency and conservation (EE&C) in Bangladesh.

SoftWorks has been developing and implementing textile software in Bangladesh since 2001. SoftWorks has customized ERP software for Yarn Dyeing factories, Knit composite textils, Readymade Garments and Buying Houses. The ERP is a suite of applications that automate and integrate knit composite factories from knitting to finished garments shipment covering business processes like Order, Billing, L/C, Production Planning & Process Monitoring, Labdip & Dyeline, Inventory, Attendance & Payroll management and Delivery & Shipment.

ECSA TB Supply Chain Portal

ECSA TB Supply Chain Portal is a regional platform to improve TB commodities availability monitoring and strengthen management of data and commodities for TB in 13 member countries of East Central and Southern Africa Health Community.


The Regional Dashboard’s function is to capture, track, aggregate, and disseminate information of commodities to support evidence-based decision making in the West Africa sub region. OSPSIDA also aids in fund management by providing gap analysis, budget, resources available and their allocations.

Swaziland CTS

Swaziland Ministry of Health (MOH) in collaboration with USAID funded Systems for Improved Access to Pharmaceuticals and Services (SIAPS) program developed a web based commodity tracking system that captures summary level health commodity information at all level of the supply chain system. Other modules have also been updated on the system which will improve information availability and accessibility for better and faster decision making.


Warehouse Inventory Management System is an inventory management software which is currently installed and operational in Central Warehouse and 20 Regional Warehouses of Directorate General of Family Planning (DGFP) under Ministry of Health and Family Welfare (MOHFW), Bangladesh. WIMS is used to maintain store inventory, automated supply planning, automated issue voucher generation & automated monthly reporting.

Upazila Inventory Management System Version is an inventory management software for DGFP subdistrict stores and is currently operational in 488 family planning upazila stores around Bangladesh. UIMS v3 maintains store inventory, automated supply planning, automated issue voucher generation & automated monthly reporting.

All data from WIMS and UIMS are uploaded to central web portal automatically after certain interval.
